Unfortunately, the resort is missing one of its most popular and beloved attractions, which is Mummy’s Revenge. Universal Orlando Resort closed Revenge of the Mummy at Universal Studios Florida for a full renovation in January, with no word on when the ride will officially return. For now, the attraction remains closed, with a reopening date listed as “late summer 2022”.

Since it closed, guests have been clamoring for it to return, hoping Universal will officially reveal the reopening date. As of this writing, we’re still awaiting more information on this ride, and recently Universal made major changes to another iconic attraction at the resort.

Universal’s Hollywood Rip Ride Rocket is an intense and thrilling experience that’s sure to please roller coaster fans and music junkies alike.

According to the official site, “This towering roller coaster offers a musical twist: As you strap in, you choose the song you want to hear above your own screams. Adrenaline and pounding music, you’ll soar skyward at a 90-degree angle and tackle the first fierce drop. Peaking at 65 mph, this harrowing ride is a blast from start to finish.

Unfortunately, for fans of Kanye West, who is now officially called Ye, as well as fans of legendary French duo Daft Punk, you’re out of luck.
