I assume you mean osteoarthritis, the most common type, not inflammatory arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis. If you’re not sure which type you have, ask your doctor, because inflammatory arthritis requires very different and aggressive treatment.

The best medicine for osteoarthritis is probably not a drug; it’s exercise.
